BEIJING, March 5 — Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said Wednesday that the government will move to temper the nation’s juggernaut of economic growth, which has sparked a worrisome rise in inflation pressures, consumed huge amounts of energy and taken a heavy toll on China‘s environment.
