Duffy clinches UK chart double

Welsh singer Duffy has scored a rare chart double this week.
Her debut LP, Rockferry, enters the UK album chart at number one, while she spends a fourth week atop the UK singles chart with ‘Mercy’.
Rockferry sold 180,000 copies over the last seven days – more than the rest of the top ten combined – to become the fastest-selling album of the year so far.
The ‘Deluxe Edition’ of Amy Winehouse’s Back To Black slips to two on the album chart, while Nickelback’s All The Right Reasons climbs from six to three.
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds score the second-highest new entry of the week, with their Dig, Lazarus, Dig! album bowing at four.
