The other day, we told you about how hip it had become in California to try to become a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Denver. More than 23,000 volunteers, candidates, and their supporters took time out from a gorgeous Sunday afternoon to participate. That’s twice as many as ever before and about double what was expected.
