And now the end is near, and so I face… my final dot.com…

Well, almost. After being with the show since before day one (boy, those rehearsals were chaotic), the time has come for me to move on and direct a different strand of Sky News. Next week I move on to mornings, so tonight is my last time directing Sky.Com News on a regular basis.

I shall miss it. It’s a unique part of the Sky News landscape, both to watch and to direct. It’s fast, different, challenging but most of all fun… and it’s not often you get to say that about a news programme in these often worrying times. I mean where else can you see studio guests talking about lunar dust storms or see pictures of elephants playing football? (tune in tonight for both of these!)
