India Bombings Prompt Calls for Anti-Terrorism Agency

JAIPUR, May 14 –With a dawn-to-dusk curfew stopping everything but funerals a day after seven bombs ripped through this ancient walled city, some anti-terrorism experts called for a central federal agency to be set up in India to fight growing attacks on the subcontinent.
