Tonight’s show is a real mixture.

First up we’ll be talking about our most clicked the story – the new Bond girl who’s really getting stuck into stunt practise for her role in A Quantam Of Solace.

Former Bond stuntman Steve Truglia will join us to explain the difficulties of performing those death-defying scenes. He was involved in that amazing speedboat chase along the River Thames in The World Is Not Enough.

I suppose i take using the web for granted. But for millions of older people it is a frightening prospect (that includes my mum.) Today is Silver Surfers’ Day, which encourages them to try out the web. We’ll be speaking to 75-year-old Joan Barker who is the Silver Surfer of the Year. Four years ago she couldn’t even use a cash machine; now she buys her shopping online.

We’ll also have a chat about Brown’s bad news day. Has he lost the next election already, or is he able to perform a Major-like comeback? We’ll have Mike Smithson from the excellent website politicalbetting.com and Shane Greer, the political blogger.
