Another packed show tonight.

It’s Metallica vs Napster all over again. We’re talking about the huge legal battle between U.S. media giant Viacom and the filesharing site YouTube. Its owners Google claim that “internet freedom is being threatened”. We’ll ask media lawyer Mark Stephens if that’s true – and what it means for watching film and TV clips online.

We’ll also be talking about the controversy over embryonic stem cell treatment in India. Is it a medical breakthrough, or  should we be cautious?
