Irony is a word so often misused, but I’m pretty sure we can apply it to the arrest of Nicholas T. Sheley  Here’s a guy with a string of arrests, convictions, and some jail time. He’s allegedly just left at least 8 bodies in his wake over a few days. But did you see how they arrested himt? They got him when he went outside to have a smoke. Armed robbery? Spousal abuse? Murder? Those are laws for suckers. But the new Illinois Clean Air Act, he’s on board.
