Lawsuit seeks to block Blago from giving money to Pilgrim Baptist Church

Atheist activist Rob Sherman of Buffalo Grove has filed suit in Sangamon County against Gov. Rod Blagojevich and other state officials for authorizing a $1 million grant to help rebuild Chicago’s Pilgrim Baptist Church, which was destroyed by fire in January, 2006.
