Texas Set to Execute Mexican Citizen
HUNTSVILLE, Texas (Aug. 5) - A Mexican-born prisoner condemned for taking part in the rape and murder of two teenage girls 15 years ago waited in a cell a few steps from the Texas death chamber Tuesday evening while the U.S. Supreme Court considered whether he should be spared from execution.
