Housemates’ names were discussed tonight, with Kathreya stating that hers was a type of orchid. Rachel said hers had the meaning “female sheep”, prompting Mo to tell her she is a sheep. Lisa then said teachers at her school would call her “Liza”. She said she would take them aside at the end of the lesson and ask them why they were calling her by someone else’s name.
Sara and Mo were struggling without cigarette supplies today, eventually sharing one borrowed from Rex. Sara told Lisa it was really hard and that she may have to ask Nicole if she can borrow another one tomorrow. Sara said she gave Rex a whole packet when she first arrived in the house, adding that she was also generous to Nicole when she did not have her suitcase. However, she said Rex had denied that Sara had given him many cigarettes. “You know what Rex is like,” Sara told Lisa.
Today’s row between Rex, Nicole and Mikey was commented on by Lisa tonight. She was in the bath and told Mikey that they way he was spoken to was “venomous”. She said both halves of the couple had spoken to Mikey in a horrible tone and that they had shown their “true colours”.
Kat told Sara tonight that she has a feeling that Nicole will be evicted this Friday. The prediction came after Sara took Kat into the wardrobe area to show off her eviction outfit. Sara revealed that she knows she will be petrified on Friday, adding that at least she will be able to have a glass of wine to calm her nerves.
Lisa revealed that facing the public vote reminds her of the outside world. “You’re thinking, ‘God, are you liked or are people dying to get you out?’” she told Kathreya. “You don’t know what’s gone on, and the day after tomorrow we’ll possibly find out exactly what’s gone on in the outside world.” Kathreya said it was “exciting”, as Lisa observed: “Anything could have happened.”
Rachel told Kathreya that she would not miss having to nominate. “You feel two faced, I think,” she added. “I just hate it, hate it. It’s horrible.” She said she was glad she had never had to use the nominations pod, but Kathreya admitted that she would like to. “I don’t think I’d like it, but I want to experience it,” she explained.
