Sara said she intends to eat an entire pizza tonight. She was speaking with the other housemates in the living room this afternoon when she began fantasising about the treat. Rex said it was unlikely that she would eat the whole thing, however Sara revealed she commonly polishes off an entire pizza when she is at home. “I bet I don’t leave a scrap on my plate,” she challenged.
Rex told the group he is drinking gallons of water so that he has a good complexion for the final. Slurping down the water, he said: “I’m drinking load and loads of water for my skin, so I have clear skin for Friday.”
Saved from eviction, Sara smiled today as she told the group she was pleased to still be with them. “IÂ’m so happy to still be here, guys,” she said. The PA went on to reveal that she was pleased that housemates were given a glass of wine last night, adding that she was a little tipsy. “We saw,” Rex replied, “We saw you fall into the bathroom.”
Kat told Mikey that she can not see herself as a celebrity, only as a housemate. “I don’t know Kat, we’ve been on the TV every night for three months,” Mikey replied. He said he was sure they would be recognised for a while, adding that it would not last long. Kat said it would be good to be famous until Christmas and then for normality to resume.
Rex questioned one of KatÂ’s favourite vocal renditions today, asking her what a “Happy How” actually is. She had been singing the ‘Happy House’ song merrily in the garden when her pronunciation was called into question. Kat said she did not know what Rex was talking about, then re-sang the song, in some parts proving his point.
Sara told Michael that Darnell was a “good boy” as he had given her a packet of cigarettes. However, Rex was shocked when he realised she only had seven left. “You smoke so much!” he gasped. When Sara had left the room, Rex exclaimed that she must “taste like an ashtray”, while Michael revealed: “She’s a nice girl and all that, but the smoking puts me off.”
The housemates spent most of the evening discussing which characteristics they had given each other during today’s task. Rex and Sara agreed it was difficult to find a negative trait for Kathreya, while Rachel revealed that she had described Rex as “controlling”. He replied: “I put Rachel as immature, Disney and annoying.” Rachel smiled: “Two negatives and one positive? OK, Rex, that’s fine.”
The group was excited to receive takeaway pizza in exchange for a voucher that arrived with their shopping. They soon set about munching away, swapping slices and sharing garlic dip. However, while Rachel declared she was comfortably full, Sara admitted she felt ill from eating too much and had to go and lie down.
Rex, Darnell and Sara talked about what had happened in the house in the past. “So much used to happen every day,” claimed Rex. “It was from one incident to another, proper car crash television.” Darnell and Rex went on to name the members of the “whisper club” for Sara. “It’s all the people I haven’t met,” she noted.
