I watched Sarah Palin’s snarky, smug by-the-numbers speech last night, and thought, you know, if you’d been camping the in wilderness for the last two weeks, switched on the TV and happened to see this woman speaking you’d have said “eh, another convention podium puppet” and changed the channel.
