Cheryl Cole has revealed that she intends to get into pop management.

The singer has been inspired by Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh to try to develop young talent into successful acts.

The X Factor judge admitted that after just one series of working on the talent show, she already admires the way that Cowell works.

“Simon and I think alike and IÂ’d like to manage some acts like he does,” she told The Sun.

“Someone said IÂ’m the female version of Simon – I donÂ’t quite know how to take that!”

Cole’s contestant Diana Vickers was voted out of the X Factor semi final on Saturday after receiving the lowest number of votes.
