They’re as far from a cutting-edge kind of family as you can get, so perhaps it’s appropriate that The Simpsons have only just entered the world of high definition. The first HD episode aired in the States last night, but for those who didn’t care that Marj’s hair was a crisper blue and Bart’s eyes seemed especially alive, there was another treat in store: a new title sequence.
