Coronation Street‘s devious David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) steps up his plot to push Joe McIntrye (Reece Dinsdale) to the edge of desperation during Monday night’s episode.

Armed with the knowledge that Joe’s become reliant on painkillers, David discovers a pot of pills in his van. Pocketing the tablets, David throws the empty pot on Joe’s bonfire right in front of him.

On returning home, Joe’s anxiety heightens and he quickly loses his temper with David and Gail (Helen Worth).

How far will David push Joe before he completely snaps?
