It was odd, late Tuesday night, when the media and interested family members were summoned to Courtroom 4000 at the DuPage County courthouse with the news that jurors had decided whether or not to sentence serial sex killer Brian Dugan to death, then sent away with word that “”a few jurors need a couple more minutes.”
