Mutya Buena has revealed that she never plans to speak to her former bandmate Heidi Range again.

The 24-year-old singer, who left the Sugababes in 2005, said that she would love to work with original band members Siobhan Donaghy and Keisha Buchanan again at some point in the future.

Buena wrote on her Twitter page: “To all those asking – no I haven’t spoken to Heidi and I don’t ever plan to.

“No, the real Sugababes are not reforming but we all respect one another and I personally hope to work with both Keisha and Siobhan sometime in the future. Love them both and will always treasure my time in the group but we [are] all focusing on doing our own thing now.”

Buchanan was ousted from the group earlier this year, when Range and Amelle Berrabah decided to replace her with Jade Ewen.
