HONOLULU — In the year that she’s been secretary of state, Hillary Clinton has been to Asia four times — more than any other region in the world. It was her first destination in her inaugural year and on Wednesday she will arrive in the Pacific again — on the lead-off trip of her sophomore year. Clinton’s advisers are fond of proclaiming that the United States is “back” in Asia. The secretary herself got into the act Tuesday. “The United States is not only back, but here to stay,” she said.
