Dorothy Brown’s pathetic attempt to explain why she took cash birthday and Christmas gifts from employees

One of the things that was so repulsive about former Gov. George Ryan was that he used to accept cash gifts from employees at his public office. Anyone who doesn’t instinctively grasp the magnitude of this ethical and moral breach is simply unfit for the pubic trust.
