OK, we are talking about the place where no variation on luxury or grandeur is too wild or ostentatious. It’s the desert oasis with the bar made completely of ice (that at least serves hot chocolate), after all. Now the world’s tallest building boasts the world’s highest restaurant. Thanks again, Dubai.
